A genuine question I ask myself is "how good do I want to feel today on a scale of 1-10?" I always choose 10, and I want the people around me to have access to that 10/10 feeling too.  People need true encouragement when it comes to their health. They need knowledge, and tools, but also encouragement. Someone to say, "Yes, you can do this." I believe in people and their ability to thrive. I'm so passionate about it, I'm also a certified coach and a fitness instructor. There is so much POWER in taking control of your wellbeing, and I want to help you do it.
